Pamoja Farm Villas is the Karatu property in the Pamoja Africa collection, with 20 rooms set on farmland — where serenity meets the heart of the land.

Rooted in the Swahili word Pamoja, meaning "together", the collection's philosophy reflects unity with the land, wildlife and local communities. Pamoja Africa is a Tanzanian-owned collection of eco-conscious lodges and mobile camps placed across northern Tanzania: Tarangire, Ngorongoro, Serengeti, Lake Manyara and the migration corridors of Ndutu and Kogatende.

The group operates with a deep respect for nature, using eco-friendly practices that conserve water, energy and the land, and works through community partnership programmes and conservation initiatives. Guiding is by local guides with deep knowledge, with cultural immersion opportunities and off-the-beaten-path destinations.
